ASJ Mortgage Solutions, LLC is not liable for errors, delays, or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by applicants, third-party service providers, or mortgage lenders. We are also not responsible for loan decisions made by partner lenders or for circumstances beyond our control.

Our services are currently offered in Arizona. We are not authorized to accept mortgage loan applications for properties located in New York.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
